Returns & Refunds

Effective date: October 6, 2026. This policy applies to orders placed on or after this date. Earlier orders remain subject to the policy shown when the order was placed. We currently ship within the United States only.

1. 7-day return window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after 7 days are not accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Item condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unworn, unused and unwashed;
• in its original condition, free from perfume, makeup, stains, pet hair or other signs of use;
• returned with all original tags attached and in its original packaging, where applicable.

Carefully trying an item on indoors is fine. Items that have been worn outside, altered or used cannot be returned.

3. Final Sale and Clearance items

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive with a quality problem or we sent the wrong item.

4. How to request a return

Email info@abayaforyou.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. For a quality problem or wrong item, please include clear photos.

Please do not send an item back before your return is approved. Return instructions will be provided after approval. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

5. Return shipping costs

• Returns that are not caused by a quality problem (for example, size, color or change of mind): the customer pays the return shipping cost.
• Quality problems or our error (a verified defect, damage on arrival, or a wrong item, color or size sent by us): Abayaforyou covers the reasonable return shipping cost.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the price paid for the item, within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

If an item arrives with a verified quality problem or we sent the wrong item, we will offer a replacement when available, or a refund if it is not.

7. Exchanges

For a different size or color, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

8. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
