Welcome to Abayaforyou. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our online store at abayaforyou.com (the "Site") and buying from us. In these Terms, "Abayaforyou," "we," "us" and "our" mean Abayaforyou, based in Irvine, California. "You" means anyone who visits the Site or buys from us.

Please read these Terms carefully. They work together with our other policies, which form part of these Terms:

If anything in these Terms conflicts with one of those policies on the topic that policy covers (for example, returns), that policy applies.

1. Accepting these Terms

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract.

We currently sell and ship to addresses within the United States only.

2. Ordering and order acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart. The order confirmation email we send is not our acceptance of your order. We accept your order when we ship it or when we otherwise confirm in writing that it has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for reasons including: the item is unavailable; there is an error in the price or product information; we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method; the order appears to be for resale; or we cannot ship to the address provided. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items to your original payment method.

Please check your order, including size, color and shipping address, before you submit it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped we may not be able to change or cancel it.

3. Product descriptions, sizing and color

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However:

• colors can look different depending on your screen, lighting and photography, and minor color differences are not a defect;

• measurements on our size charts are approximate and may vary slightly from item to item;

• fabrics, trims and finishing may vary slightly between production batches.

If you are unsure about size, fit or color, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices, products and availability may change at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except as described below.

Occasionally the Site may contain an error in pricing, product information or availability. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund. We are not required to honor a price that is clearly a mistake.

Applicable sales tax and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Payment

We accept payment through Shopify Payments (including major credit and debit cards), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and you authorize us to charge it for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel or hold the order.

6. Fulfillment status and delivery estimates

Each product page shows the fulfillment status for the size and color you choose:

Ready to Ship: the item is in stock in Irvine, California and ships within 3–7 business days.

• Express Order: the item is prepared for your order and has an estimated delivery time of approximately 7–12 business days.

• Preorder: where shown, the item is not yet available, and the product page shows the expected timeframe.

All processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can be caused by high demand, carriers, weather, holidays or other events outside our control. If your order is for a wedding, Eid or another special date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the expected timeframe. Orders that contain both Ready to Ship and Express Order items normally ship together when all items are ready, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs, delivery areas and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy (https://abayaforyou.com/policies/shipping-policy). Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more; the exact shipping cost for any order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided. Ownership of, and risk of loss for, the items passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the shipping address you gave us.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled only under our Return & Refund Policy (https://abayaforyou.com/policies/refund-policy). In summary, we accept returns only for verified quality problems or our own fulfillment errors, reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, and returns must be authorized before you send anything back. Please read the full policy before ordering.

9. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes or free gifts. Unless the offer says otherwise:

• each discount code can be used once per customer;

• discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or promotions;

• codes have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and cannot be exchanged for cash;

• codes must be entered at checkout before you pay.

Each offer may have its own terms, such as a start and end date, a minimum order amount or eligible products, and those terms apply too. We may change, suspend or end a promotion at any time, and we may cancel a code that was shared publicly without our permission, used in a way that breaks its terms, or created by mistake. A change to a promotion will not affect an order we have already accepted.

If you return an item from an order that used a discount, any refund is based on the amount you actually paid for that item.

10. Text messages and emails

If you sign up for marketing text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Abayaforyou at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.

If you sign up for marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will still send messages about your orders and account. Our Privacy Policy (https://abayaforyou.com/policies/privacy-policy) explains how we use your contact information.

11. Accounts

If you create an account, please keep your login details confidential and your information accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

12. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including the Abayaforyou name and logo, product photos, videos, text, graphics and design, belongs to Abayaforyou or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise use our content, including our product photos, without our written permission.

13. Reviews and other content you share

If you post a review, rating, photo or comment, or send us ideas or feedback, you confirm that:

• the content is your own and honest, and reflects your real experience;

• you have the right to share it, including the permission of anyone shown in a photo;

• it does not contain anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. By sharing it with us or on the Site, you give Abayaforyou a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce and share it (including your first name or display name) on the Site, on our social media and in our marketing, in any media. You can ask us to remove your review or photo at any time by contacting us.

We may moderate reviews and remove content that breaks these Terms, but we do not remove reviews just because they are negative.

14. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;

• place fraudulent orders or use a payment method you are not authorized to use;

• buy products for resale without our written permission;

• misuse discount codes or promotions, or create multiple accounts to obtain offers;

• copy, scrape or collect content or data from the Site using automated tools;

• interfere with the Site's security or operation, or upload viruses or harmful code;

• harass, threaten or abuse our team or other customers;

• impersonate anyone or give false information.

We may refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaks these rules.

15. Third-party services and links

The Site uses services provided by others, such as Shopify (our store and checkout platform), our payment providers and shipping carriers, and may link to other websites and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Purchases made through another platform, such as TikTok Shop, are also subject to that platform's terms.

16. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Abayaforyou is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or any product; and

• our total liability for any claim relating to an order or product will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for our gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abayaforyou from any third-party claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you post, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by email or WhatsApp. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. This section does not take away any right you have under the law of the state where you live that cannot be waived.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Changes apply to orders placed and use of the Site after the new version is posted. The Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.

21. Other important terms

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

• If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.

• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

• These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us about using the Site and buying from us.
